Eco-Eczema 50ml

Eco-Vet Eco-Eczema is specially formulated as part of the Eco-Vet product range to treat skin conditions such as eczema. Ideal for the treatment of eczema that is associated with discharge, smell and hot spots. Also, to treat exudative (oozing) wet skin upsets and helps with relief from allergies.

The most important factor in the management of wet eczema is to stop further injury to your pet’s skin. Your pet must be prevented from licking or scratching at the wound or site. An Elizabethan collar might help to do the trick.

Weeping or oozing eczema means your pet has eczema with pus-filled blisters. These sores literally weep, resulting in oozing or wetness. The pus is usually yellow or clear in colour and eventually dries up as a crusty layer on the skin.

While it is not a life-threatening condition, it is better for you to seek veterinary treatment for your pet. If it persists without proper treatment, a secondary bacterial infection can develop, requiring prescription medication for treatment.
