Eucerin Day Cream SPF30 UVB + UVA Protection 50ml contains B-Resorcinol to help control skin pigmentations, like age spots and freckles, for a brighter, more even complexion. It also contains SPF 30 to protect skin from sun damage.

Eucerin®'s even brighter range regulates this process already at the enzyme stage, before the excess of melanin is produced to reduce irregular melanin at the source for a more even and brighter complexion. UV rays induce the production of melanin in the melanocytes. Melanin is unevenly distributed to the epidermal skin cells where it shows as pigmentation spots. B-Resorcinol helps reduce the production of melanin at its source and therefore the appearance of pigmentation spots at the skin surface. 

Exposure to UV-sunlight, hormonal influences and oxidative stress can result in an overproduction of melanin in the skin. Pigmentation spots such as dark patches, age spots and freckles develop, the complexion becomes less even toned and less bright.
