Melcura Plus is a honey-based wound ointment providing a comprehensive wound care

Melcura Plus contains 48% honey and anti-oxidant agents. Due to the honey content,
Melcura Plus will create an environment unfavourable for microorganism proliferation,
remove devitalised tissue, reduce wound odour as well as promote granulation and epithelialisation

The ointment contains small crystals, like crystallised honey.
The crystals don't dissolve into the skin. Spreading it across the skin hurts; it's not ideal for already sensitive skin.
I emailed the supplier to determine if this is the way the product is supposed to be. Heating the ointment might dissolve the crystals, but the ointment contains vitamin E that will spoil when heated.
I cannot recommend this product at this time.
