Rough start, but good ending

So when I first received the watch I was soo excited, but unfortunately found that it was faulty. I contacted customer services and from the first message I only recieved friendly help from the team. They offered to replace the watch and courier a new one. I am so satisfied with the service I received. Will definitely order again!
