3SUR-Fit Plus Convex Durahesive Plate is part of the two-piece collection bag system. The system consists of a protective skin plate and a collection bag. The plate is adhered to the body and has a flange, that is, a type of pressure closure that allows connection with the compatible flange of the collection bag. The two-piece system offers the flexibility of placement of the collection bag without the need to remove the protective skin plate.

SUR-Fit Plus Durahesive Convex Plate is a square plate, with rounded corners, malleable and soft, containing the protective Durahesiva skin barrier, laminated on a convex disc, with a central hole and a low profile flange. The surface of the board is laminated with a thin, transparent polyethylene film. On this polyethylene film surface, around the flange, the adhesive backing is placed. The adhesive plate is protected by a silicone paper that must be removed at the time of use.
